 All fees are HOURLY RATES based on the session duration and number of represented parties.

Per Party Per Hour

• 2 Parties $300 hourly/ party
• 3 Parties $200 hourly/ party
• 4+ Parties $175 hourly/ party 

Minimum booking 2 hours. All sessions include up to one hour of preparation time  before mediation for mediator to review case file/summaries provided by parties (optional).

 All fees are HOURLY RATES based on the session duration and number of represented parties.

• 3 Parties $300 hourly/ party
• 4+ Parties $200 hourly/ party 

Minimum booking 2 hours. All sessions include providing a written arbitration award.
